Our Quick Track system allows you to find a shipment by air waybill, bill of lading, cargo control number, pro bill, or tracking number. If your search query does not find a record, you may have incorrectly entered the category or number.
Some possible errors & solutions are:
incorrect category Tradeshow shipments relate to shows in the Lower Mainland, Marine freight to shipments for cargo & cruise ships, and Import shipments to Canada-destined air freight
transposed characters you may have switched the order of two numbers; re-type the number, ensuring it is 100% accurate
added spaces or inappropriate characters these may have been added before, within, or after your number; ensure there is nothing before or after your search term
missing dash some numbers, like air waybill numbers, have a prefix separated by a dash; be sure to include the "-" when typing in your number
If the system still does not return a record, then your shipment is likely en route and we have not received it yet. You can check back later or try tracking from the carrier's Web site via the links to the right. |
